Our fresh pastas are made daily with locally milled flours and a slow, deliberate hand. Each pasta comes in a one pound container, which serves two generous portions or three lighter plates. Pair with any of our house sauces for a Tenth House meal at home.
Our classic egg pasta, made in house with Cairnspring style soft flour and slow kneaded by hand. Tender, springy, and built to hold sauce. This is the same pasta we serve beneath Chicken Parmesan and seasonal specials.

A slow simmered house sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, onion, and basil. Clean, bright, and foundational. The same sauce used for our Chicken Parmesan and Meatballs en Sugo.

A long cooked ragu made with local beef and pork, vegetables, wine, milk, and tomatoes. Deep, layered flavor from hours on the stove. This is the same sauce featured in our Lasagna Bolognese.
