A celebration in six courses

Close out the year with something unforgettable. We are welcoming Chef Avery Adams of Matia on Orcas Island for one night only, bringing his ingredient driven, quietly obsessive, deeply Pacific Northwest cooking to a New Years Eve prix fixe.

Chef Adams is known for thoughtful, elegant plates rooted in the islands, shaped by season, shoreline, and craft. This collaboration will be a six course tasting menu built around winter’s best. Intimate. Elevated. A little wild in the best way.
